And now you don't!
The crew didn't mess around. I must admit it was loud and a bit dusty ( a lot dusty)!
But look at what got done!

South wall which had the stove and sink

walk-in pantry will be on the right where the fridge was and new fridge will be tucked next to the door

I've yet to set up the kitchen in the basement/laundry room, that will be a job for the morning.
